Refund Policy: Meaty Treats

At Meaty Treats, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, delicious products. Due to the perishable nature of our “meaty treats” and for health and safety reasons, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If your order is damaged, defective (e.g., spoilage), or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve this for you, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we have reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we will get in touch with you to find a solution.

If we are at fault, you have the choice of:

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
  • A replacement for the item (if stock is available), sent to you at no additional cost.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods if you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product. We appreciate your understanding.
